Your Honor, well, I believe that Mr. Baskin filed a request for a hearing at this point. So we'd ask that it be set for a hearing.
Okay. Do you have an approximate idea about how many days you'd want the hearing set for?
Your Honor, I would anticipate that it would be no more than five days of a hearing.

I agree. Yes, we have asked for a hearing.
Why did the respondents request a hearing and how many days were proposed?
Your Honor, you might not have heard of it, but there's this whole big jury trial issue that's out there. At this point, given that we're waiting on these rulings and given the timing of this case, we've asked for a jury trial in our in our request for a hearing, I'm just mentioning it to give you the heads up that Ms. Fuller and I had a good conversation, I think before the new year about the case and the issues. And I'm just giving you the heads up that in anticipation of there being a hearing set later in the year, At this point, we're not going to press the jury trial issue because we're hoping there's some resolution. I'm saying that not waiving the right to assert it, but I don't think you need more motions on this.
So that's probably more of an answer than what you wanted, and Catherine will obviously correct me if she disagrees with anything I've said about our call. So very long-winded way of saying you know, just ask you to get the hearing set and, um, you know, we'll obviously see what happens over the coming months.

With the comments that Mr. Baskin put on the record earlier, uh mr baskin and i did have a conversation the end of the year and the possibility of resolving the matter is always a possibility and we will mr baskin i think i will follow up with you just to make sure coming from a criminal background uh if we're gonna settle i'd prefer to do that uh sooner and then uh use my resources on behalf of the division to um prepare if that's not the case so with that being said though uh i i i would prefer not to push it out and if you do have um a pocket where we could fit it in that would be wonderful uh but again for the record one week of time and the first week of may i would say would maybe not be ideal in the event that um another hearing that mr basket and i and and uh
