Yes, your honor. So Mr. Chester, we just had a brief call early morning and we discussed some available times that we can propose to you.

What hearing dates were proposed and which time slots did the parties agree to?

So we're we're talking about uh twenty twenty seven. the first slop is May May seventeen to May twenty eighth. And the second slot is July twelfth and beyond. So we're available after July twelfth. And the division is anticipating uh a hearing le length of five days to present our case in chief.

Yes, Your Honor Your Honor. Thank you for that. Uh we usually by default propose forty five, uh thirty to forty five days. So I believe that will be uh our doable time frame to disclose uh the list of exhibits and witnesses.
