Um all right. Um so What before we talk about schedule stuff I need to know and maybe um staff and the company and I've talked about about the the we have a Tim Water rate application. And now that that has been consolidated. Um, I'm not quite sure what to do about that application. Do we do we still go through with that? Mr. Wien, do you have any thoughts?

Yeah, I I think your honor. Um I think that's this is a consolidated case. So I think they've all three been consolidated. Um right. leave it as it is, but in your roue we obviously explain that they've been consolidated. So um uh you know the reason that I that I'm a little hesitant here to to say uh you know let's just drop that is simply because the the Tim Waters where we filed the the application for the consolidation of both of them.

Yeah, what I would propose is is let staff and I uh Uh take a couple of days, make sure that everybody's on board and then by Friday file a proposed joint uh scheduling. uh order proposal that that would work and give us time to update the records and And give staff some time to look and say, Hey, if there's other issues or things that we need to talk about or address, we could do that.

Okay. Um And I just want to make sure I don't think Mr. Wien, the the consolidation of TIM utility and TIM water raises this above a class D, right?
