Okay, thank you. Um good evening, Candy Allen with Commission staff. With this rulemaking, staff is recommending repeal of Article eighteen, title fourteen, chapter two of the Arizona Administrative Code as directed by the commission. Article eighteen is the renewable energy standard and tariff rule, which I will refer to as the rest rule. The commission adopted the rest rules in decision number six nine one two seven and revised portions of the rules in decision number seven four four four four four eight eight two.
