Exactly. All right. I believe we, if my memory serves me correctly, we're going to start a hearing today. Instead, you guys asked for this status conference. So Ms. Mataz, let me turn to you and ask kind of what the status is today.
Yes, you're correct, Your Honor. So today was scheduled to start our a 10-day hearing, however, with Mr. Lamb and Mr. Burkle, who are the respondents' attorneys. We moved for a stipulated hearing schedule and this day to be converted as a status conference. We are engaged in settlement negotiations recently with opposing party, and I think we've made meaningful progress, honestly.

So at this time, we believe still we need some time for both of us to reach any resolution, a partial or a full resolution that I still don't know. But today I am still requesting a hearing date just to remain on track, regardless if we received a settlement or not. I believe we need to have a hearing date in order to to see how the case will move forward.

I was saying in that motion, we stipulated for maybe a five-day hearing because during the settlement negotiations, we reached some common arguments, let's say, so likely we'll stipulate many of the exhibits if this case goes to a hearing. So I believe, and Ms. Slam will talk for himself, but five-day hearing will be enough to... introduce a case. Perfect. I was
just going to say, I agree with everything she said. We've made good progress and we remain optimistic, but to keep us on track, putting the case back in the calendar makes some sense. And we've also agreed that we don't need 10 days to be blocked off for this, so five should be sufficient to get this done.
