Very good. All right. Thank you all for accommodating me. I'm the one who set this party in motion. Um, I want to start off at the beginning, I I'm aware that there are substantive motions that are still under advisement. You guys are giving me a lot of reading, and I'm doing all that reading. But for purposes of today, we're not going to really go into any of that. We're just here to talk about the scheduling of the hearing and Mr. Solomon's objection and anyone else's objections or whatnot, we can flush out today. Um so I do I do needed to preface that um of course those motions are under advisement but we have to operate as if um the hearing is still going and for purposes of the day we're going to operate as if those motions are unsuccessful and we're um going to hearing again I'm not commenting that that is necessarily the case

I just, we need to figure out the hearing before we figure out the substantive part, just more procedurally and administratively on this end. So with that preference, thank you for that. Okay. I am going to kind of turn to you, Mr. Silverman. You're the ones who had an objection to kind of taking a week off in between the hearing. Is there anything more you want to speak to your motion?

Yes, Your Honor. Yes. Thank you for taking the time this morning. I am requesting a continuance because I have significant professional commitments during March and early April that conflict with the current hearing dates, and I want to be fully prepared and present for these proceedings. I understand there is also a pending Arizona Supreme Court case that may affect how our matter should be tried, and I believe it is more efficient to wait for that guidance before moving forward with a multi-week hearing. So you so in addition to kind of the reasons stated in the notice, and correct me if I'm wrong, if I misread your objection, I didn't see anything specifically talking about this conflict in March or April. Is that new information you're sharing with me?

Yes, it's new information. I apologize. I wasn't included in my prior statement. Keep in mind, I'm not an attorney and this is not a good time for me. So I'm doing the best I can. I appreciate your forbearance.

Okay, so is it your position that that had I not taken change the continuous hearing from four straight weeks to two on or three on one off one on or however I did it? Are you saying that that had I not changed the hearing you would still be asking for a continuance or having problems with the dates?

But talking about what you mentioned in your objection, you talked about having previously finalized preparation plans with some of your witnesses.
