Good morning, Mr. Baskin. We last met for a status conference on December 8, 2025, at which time the parties requested additional time to explore a global settlement that would resolve both this matter as well as an investigation of respondents by another governmental agency. Additional time was needed based upon staffing changes at this other agency. Let me turn first to the Securities Division. Ms. Schmidt, where do things stand at present?

So, and I believe that Mr. Baskin can fill in if this is incorrect. However, the other agency did send both counsel a draft version of the consent agreement that would resolve this matter as well as the other agency's matter. So I believe that's being reviewed by counsel and we should be able to resolve this matter fairly quickly once we come to a resolution.

How are the Securities Division and respondents progressing on the draft consent agreement?

Yes, we got the draft and the goal is to work with the Securities Division, the AG, and of course our clients to get this done. So we're still, we're working on it. And my ask is if we could roll this 60 days, we might, the next one might actually be the one we don't have to have but um startedly optimistic

um ms schmidt is that uh your recommendation as well to do another status conference about 60 days out

yes and if uh we come to a resolution before then then the division will file uh a pleading a motion as such um to vacate any any further need for status conference.
