As they continue to work toward a global settlement to resolve both this matter and an investigation of respondents by another governmental agency. Uh let me turn first to the division. Ms. Schmidt, where do things stand at Traz?

Thank you, Your Honor. And I I know we sound like a broken record, but I I um do believe we have an agreement in principle. The AG's office and I are just working out some procedural А I guess. Uh Issues isn't the right word, but some procedurally how how restitution is gonna work, um, in the order and then once we get that settled, we I think are basically have a an agreement in principle and will be proceeding. So um That is where the security deficiency and

Um the division recommends setting it out, let's see, it's August I think Maybe three months just to Uh so that we don't have to come back and do this one more time if we're about to um resolve this matter. So maybe setting it out about three months from now, August mid November mid sorry, mid November, uh would be the division's recommendation. And I think that we'll have the resolution by then.

Yes, the respondents joined in the request to reset this in about three months. Uh we've had good communication uh with Ms. Schmidt and um I know with Мокво governmental entities involved, it can just take a little bit of time. But I'm optimistic. That we will get this wrapped up uh very soon.
