Uh let me first turn to the securities division. Uh Ms. Schmidt, where do things stand at present?

Yeah, um thank you, Your Honor. And and Mr. Bass and I were just speaking. So we do have um a draft that's been circulated between all those parties. Um and that's now it's gone through several edits and is being reviewed by um management um with the other agency and then here uh with the division as well. And so I think that we're about ready to finish that up and send it back over for signatures and and of the like. Um the matter will have to go before the commission. Uh It's before open meeting. Um, so that might take another uh month or s month and a half or so before we can actually come to a resolution. So uh the um uh Mr.
