Yes, Your Honor. Mr. Brevington and I have been in communications and we continue to explore settlement options. At this point, it does appear that a resolution of the matter is achievable. However, there remain some points that we still need to discuss and resolve. But because we believe that good faith efforts are being made and a settlement appears to be imminent, The parties here have a joint request to schedule this out for another telephonic status conference, probably no further than three months out. And if the matter is not settled by then, we will be prepared to discuss whether a hearing schedule is needed at that point. However, if we can resolve it before the next status conference, then the Securities Division will file the appropriate documents to resolve this and also present this
