Yes, Your Honor. Um, Council and I have continued talking about a potential agreement and we believe that we do have an agreement in principle uh that should resolve this pending matter. There are still a few details that we're working through, but at this time we don't believe any further status conferences or scheduling a hearing is necessary. We are optimistic about a resolution and at this time we are recommending that no further hearings or SAD conferences be set at this time. But uh when we are able and we get to that point, the division will submit the paperwork to present a proposed consent order. for the commission's consideration at an open meeting. But uh if for whatever reason we cannot finalize this or resolve the remaining details prior to um

Yes, Your Honor, I am. And just to uh just to give it a little bit more m flavor to the the settlement progression, uh Ms. Wand sent me over a draft consent agreement last week. I've gone through it and and have made some suggested changes which I really don't think will derail anything. Um I just haven't had the chance to speak with Mr. Higgs about it yet. And I actually have him on my calendar later this morning.
