Full disclosure to everyone. The new ALJ, there will be a new ALJ if I'm not mistaken. I will be leaving the commission at the end of August. So if these dates have to be vacated later, then you guys will deal with it on me. So I'll just ask the division, do you have anything in mind? Have you, Mr. Horne, guys spoken about good dates or just pick available or what are your thoughts?
Your Honor, given the already pretty hectic hearing schedule starting next year, I would just propose whatever's available that doesn't conflict with Mr. Baskin's schedule.

Well, I usually don't have very many, but a couple of things, Your Honor. First of all, two things. I appreciate Mr. Horn's response.

And yeah, if it's picking a date next year, that's fine. Alternatively, I was going to suggest a status conference because I think Mr. Horn still had some homework to do and needed to herd a bunch of cats. But we are trying to get this resolved. And I know both sides are acting in good faith. I don't know if it's better to have a status conference in a month, but it's the division prefers just to get a date on the books, uh, that there's, there's, um, you know, no, no problem there.

I'm sorry, I don't recall, but I don't know if we needed more than even a week for this, but Mr. Horne may be things differently. And while I have the floor, yes, May 12th, whatever date you said in May, that does work.

Yes, sir. I believe it is currently scheduled for a week long. So I think that's still sufficient. And May 10th would also work for the division.
