Yes, thank you judge. I I had a very productive phone call last week with miss phantom and I think we have the framework in place for a resolution obviously the details are going to be you know what gets us across the finish line. But I think we're in agreement that rather than schedule a hearing at this time we'd like to request another status conference like this one in about four weeks. And hopefully we can report that we have resolved the case at that point.
Well, that sounds very doable on my end, obviously. Ms. Fanto, are you in agreement with what's been said?

am, Your Honor. I have no objections.
All right. Okay, well... Oh, I'm not sure I need to keep you guys on the line for me just to schedule a status conference. So you want it like a month from now, we'll probably do another either nine or 10am. Let me just see how quickly I can multitask. Not very quickly. I'm not gonna try. So unless you guys have a date you want to throw at me right now, I'm going to surprise you with the PO with a with a date and time. And then of course, if there are any conflicts, you can let me know. So um, but again, Mr. Taylor, did you have a date in mind? Or would you like just to proceed with with how I'm how I mentioned?

We did not discuss that. But in about four weeks, approximately, I think that would be appropriate timing that we can all work with.
