His real name was Huber Ganter, but he was known as Papa Huey. He was the Papa's Raw Bar owner. Now Troy, of course, his son has taken over and made it even more expand. But Papa was always there at civic events, seafood festivals, and just really an incredible asset to Broward County and to Lighthouse Point.
