Thank you and again good evening. We will start our meeting with items with consideration of the consent agenda items. Before we take a vote, are there any uh comment or any for separate vote?

Thank you, Mr. Mayor. Actually I s had um I was able to tune in on Friday for I check in and I have asked questions. So what I would like is for staff to give the responses to the items that we were checking into. So I guess what I'm pulling out for a separate discussion. Do you have the response for what was it? Thirty six And my apologies for not having this up right now. staff is looking Number forty eight, forty seven. Thank you. For us to have Po discussion as well as number forty five. trying to have a better understanding. So Mayor. Forty five, forty seven, forty eight. That I would like for staff to go over the responses that they submitted to us.
But it looks like forty five, which was a very specific question on the twenty twenty six tax collector settlement statement that is not in here. So wanna get Those for separate discussion, please.
So council member mayfield the list that I wrote down from you is thirty six. Forty five, forty seven, and forty eight?

And um I propose that we take a vote on the remaining items uh and also given the uh length of the agenda here um in here.
Here in particular, uh my proposal uh intent would be to take up the um the items that are no longer in consent uh during at the very beginning of the business meeting in the session in chamber, just to fill some time here. Uh any
uh problem with that?

preview and I'll turn that over to our manager. Thank you, Mayor, members of council. Uh tonight we have uh three items on the action preview. And as you may recall, what we attempt to do on the second Monday of the month queue up some items that may be voted on on the fourth Monday of the month. So right now um what we have that's coming out of committee would be the youth protection ordinance revisions, model cities initiative grant, and parking on sidewalk ordinance revision. And Mayor if there aren't any questions, I'd like to proceed with the youth protection ordinance revisions. Please do. So uh with that said Mayor, this coming out of the safety committee. I believe that Um we would have Councilmember Anderson tee up this discussion.
Thank you, Mayor, and and thank you, City Manager. We are about to proceed to walk you all through the full council through our discussions and um some of the findings that came out of the public safety committee meeting that was held as a special meeting over our summer break as it relates to youth protection ordinances.
