All right, thanks very much, everybody, and you will notice that we had a different voice on our Planning Commission introductions. And that would be Evan Kettler. He is joining us as a new Commission member. He was appointed by the Mayor. I think he would probably have been one of the last dying acts as the Mayor went out of office. Shall we say it like that or something? No, no, that's not the way to say it. I'm going to give Evan a minute just to introduce himself and say hello if you will. I'll be happy to do that.
Evan Kettler 3:06
I'm Evan Kettler. I have long wanted to join this group and I'm happy to be here today. I look forward to getting to know each of you and getting to know more about the city and also being able to have an impact on We'll call it painting the canvas, if you will. My background is varied. I am currently the strategic advisor to the owners of companies. I help them grow. I help with leadership development. And lately, I've been helping people exit businesses as well. My history is one of civic engagement.
Douglas A. Welton 3:44
I've been a school board chair. I've been involved in multiple boards. I love entrepreneurs.
Evan Kettler 3:51
I actually love cities and especially beautiful cities.
Unknown 3:55
And so I'm happy to be part of this whole process. Thank you.
Douglas A. Welton 3:58
Thanks and welcome, Evan. I encourage everyone else on the Commission to get to know Evan. He'll be hanging around with us for the next three years, I guess is the way they say that. Now we'll do staff introductions, and I will begin with Ms. Rory.

Candace Rory, Planning Staff. Monica Holmes, Planning Director. Al Knight, Planning Staff.
Douglas A. Welton 4:22
All right, thank you very much. We have a whole host of other planning department folks that are on the periphery here today, and we'll just say hi and feel the love. How about that? First thing we'll do is to get a motion for the disposition of our meeting minutes from our meeting of June 8th. So do I hear a motion for the disposition of those minutes? that's Steely Neely thing again there but we're going to give this one to Neely it's been moved by Commissioner Millen and seconded by Commissioner Neely uh all those in favor of approving the minutes please say aye aye any opposed staining because I did not attend the meeting that is we we will let you abstain thank you very much
