We've got a fun agenda for us today. We've got a couple of old friends for the Planning Commission visiting us today. We've got Dr. Chu giving us a state of the housing report. And we've also got Jen Schuster from the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte letting us know what the truth is about the Home Builders Association. I'm supposed to say this three times. Are there any further nominations from the floor? Are there any further nominations from the floor? If not, then what we have our L has been nice enough to pass out everybody's got a Charlotte mecklenburg planning elections do to my Bob thing here, if you all will. write on that and check the boxes that you believe are appropriate for you and then we'll give L time to come around and collect those when everybody's finished and we will go on to our next order of business so if everybody will just take a quick moment and do those.
