Good evening everybody and welcome to the city commission meeting this January twenty third, twenty twenty four. Thank you all for being here. Um I don't know who's handling the lights, but it's a little bright. Very bright. Um And they didn't give us that much powder. Um uh we appreciate everybody being here and and we have a fairly uh shorter than normal um agenda so hopefully we'll we'll won't have a late night tonight. For those of you who are here for the first time, uh welcome. And uh the usual method that we usually follow is that we have uh a pledge of allegiance and then we go into the uh consent agenda items uh asking any member of the commission if they want to pull any items. If anybody wishes to speak on a consent agenda item tonight uh and none of the commissioners have pulled that item, then I will call you and you can make your presentation beforehand and uh and then we'll vote on it afterwards.
