And the um city commission is now the s the closer session of the city commission. is now terminated and we will now begin the public meeting. Thank you all for being here tonight. You're a crowd pleaser, that's all I know. You're a crowd pleaser. Anyway, so for those of you who are here for the first time, welcome. Uh we have a certain order that we proceed beginning with the Pledge of Allegiance and various announcements, and then we have presentations. Tonight we have five presentations. and uh very proud to be able to recognize not only individuals but groups and events that are taking place in our city. So if I can ask you all to please join me in rise and I'd like to um ask you to welcome uh uh Colin Colin Col Colin Cohen and Catalina Cohen from Quyscent Park Elementary who are going to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance.
And put your h your your right hand on your heart. It's all yours.

Okay, so if you could please join me in a moment of silence here and especially in recognizing uh the passing away recently of um very uh s um important employee of who has since retired, Hal Barnes, really great guy and Please share this moment of silence.
Okay, thank you so much. Uh right now I'd um I'd like to just take this um moment and announce we have some recent retirements of some long term employees. Um couple of people here tonight. Paul Pretzimolo, who is a driver engineer with the fire department, has been with us twenty seven point five years. So thank you so much, Paul, for your service. Uh there will be a gold watch waiting for you as you exit the premises. And uh Michelle Ga Gagnon, uh Wastewater Operations Supervisor with the Utility Services Department. She's been with uh or he's been with us um nine point five years. So thank you, Michelle. We really appreciate that.

Um Presentation five is gonna come uh right after presentation two. We're taking them out of order tonight. And uh NP one is to be removed from the agenda at the speaker's request. That's uh that's a uh neighborhood presentation he has to be removed, but I think it's still Mr um Uh Mr and Sarah is still going to speak tonight. Are you here, Mr and Sarah?
