What opening formalities and roll call set the stage for the meeting?

Dean Trantalis 0:02
This December 2nd, 2025, I apologize for the delay. We had an extended special meeting this afternoon, and we will actually continue with that conversation later in the meeting. For those of you who are here for the first time, welcome to our commission meeting, and thank you for being here. Every commission meeting, we begin with the Pledge of Allegiance in a moment of silence, and THAN WE DO GO THROUGH THE AGENDA. WE ALSO HAVE PRESENTATIONS NORMALLY, BUT TONIGHT THERE WILL BE NO PRESENTATIONS. I KNOW YOU'RE ALL SAD ABOUT THAT, BUT WE'RE TRYING TO HAVE AN ABBREVIATED MEETING SO THAT WE CAN GET THROUGH THE BUSINESS OF THE AGENDA, AND I KNOW TONIGHT IS CHRISTMAS SAN LASOLAS, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO GO THERE TONIGHT.
Dean Trantalis 0:45
SO HAVING SAID THAT, I'D LIKE TO INVITE ZURI WILLIAMS AND ZOE WILLIAMS. ARE YOU BOTH HERE? Where are you? Right there. Over there. And is Michaela Jones here? She's not. Okay. Can you join me up at the podium?
Steven Glassman 1:04
Can I

Steven Glassman 5:33
Yes. Thank you, Mayor. First of all, I want to thank city staff and also getting me all of the information that I requested on this. For those of you that might not remember, in 2008, the city was very generous, and we actually moved that house to its current location in Middle River Terrace Park. Mayor, I think you remember when we watched that house make its trip, because that house was going to be demolished. It's one of the oldest structures in our city, and it really sits very lovingly right now in Middle River Terrace Park.
