Good morning everybody and welcome to the City Commission uh joint workshop with the Northwest Progreso Flagler Heights Community Redevelopment Area. Uh board, advisory board, as well as with the uh the city commission and the s who will be sitting as the city commission as well as the CRA board. Uh today we're gonna be having an update on uh what the status of the board is now doing and seeing that the CRA will be sunsetting uh in the fall of next year, uh wanna discuss some ideas going forward and how we can progress in and moving forward with the agenda of the CRA. Okay, thank you, sir. So again, uh this is our opportunity to have our board members, uh advisory board members meet with the board of commissioners to kind of chart our direction and our path. Um one of the conversations or topics of conversations that we've been having uh at the board uh meetings is the status of the CRA, obviously, and whether the CRA will continue or sunset. Next year, as you mentioned, Mr. Mayor, next next fall. So we have a presentation that basically gives some of the highlights and achievements of the CRA. It also gives some financial information. Uh and we'll we'll let that roll and Have some discussion uh if you guys have any questions.

You feel. Oh, there you go. All right, so okay, I'm in charge of this. All right, so uh C R E incentives. What this is is a snapshot of the account the accounts, uh the CRA incentive accounts and what it shows is our completed projects, the projects that are in progress, and the amounts that we funded uh from twenty seventeen up until twenty twenty four. Uh the estimated amount is about ninety Ninety five million uh in a number of different projects and we'll kinda Walk through that. So affordable housing and market rate housing that's actually underway. Uh you're familiar with the Adderley where we gave twelve million dollars uh for a project that has about four hundred and twenty five units, uh eighteen thousand square feet of ground floor retail.
