What is the agenda and how is the meeting called to order?
Seven oh six, uh May eighteenth, uh round of silver I call the Land County Communications Commission. Um meeting to order. First uh item of business is the agenda in the are the are the agenda in the minutes? Did anybody not receive the agenda or the minutes? Are there any corrections? Uh first are there any additions or changes to the agenda?
Question.
Yep.
Um we discussed an email that I sent during our conversation, during in the event, in the meeting. And in that was a bunch of ideas there. Is that I didn't note if I saw that in the minutes themselves or did they need to be included there?
Uh let's come to that in a moment. Um To the agenda. Any additions or changes hearing you seeing none? If there's no objection, adopt the agenda as drafted. So we'd have to okay, to the minutes, the questions about um We incorporate the Notes that Tom provided during the discussion on The five points that are now in the slides, but did it get added to the meeting minutes? Um, I don't believe I saw it in there. Um I don't see it.
Just the conversation was included, but not the points that were raised in it. So if you'd like I can amend the slide. Or his points, the five points into the document.
Into the minutes. Yeah. What's up? Zet away. Yeah. Um please can we amend them accordingly? Just grab those five items and drop them in as part of the discussion point. I will do that, yes. Thank you, Dave. Any further discussion on the minutes from April twenty seventh? Then if there's no objection, we'll adopt them as uh Modified. Senior no objection, then they are adopted. Thanks, Dave. We have anybody from the public signed up for this evening? We do not no, sir. And then any uh related items to our franchisees. For the attention of the commission. No. Then on to the one piece of uh data that we're continuing to work on. Um just an update. So uh discovered after our meeting last time that um the deadline to get it into the May Board of Supervisors session was literally the day after we met and didn't realize that as we were discussing it on on our meeting date.
So unfortunately we missed that. Um so I did send out, I think, an incorporation of the material Tom provided and some of the comments from the meeting earlier today. Um I realized that wasn't a lot of notice for anybody to chance to look at it. Um so if there's no objection, I'd recommend if you have them have it up in front of you and you need the time, take a moment to look at it. And if uh there are any additional changes that we need to make, perhaps we do them now on the fly. Um and uh finalize that and adopt it as a final product.
Okay.
No objections, okay. Why don't we take a moment and then just, you know, popcorn. Uh my attention when you're when you're ready. I'm good.
I had a a a neighbor recommend um he he's been following our our conversation around this. Um That we add a slide or some bullet points on like the different things that have come before the county board recently that we could have provided input to. So I there was a tower that we discussed around uh Route Seven at um where Route Nine comes off there. Um so yeah, if we highlighted to them some of the things that we could have provided input to, they might then relate it again to these applications that they've had to to think about. So that might not I thought it was a good idea, so I'm I'm mentioning it now. And I think we need staff's help to to kind of put that together, right? Later the communications applications that have come before the board, all the tower applications.
Do we have that information in front of us this evening? Can we track it down in the time that we're sitting here? Great questions. Yeah. Is that something we can add? It's a practical question. Obviously if we don't have it and aren't able to edit it.
And it can then be one of those slides that we have kind of ready to to show. Um
So is this something so is your recommendation that we craft this even after this is done and have it as a backup that we can pull out.
I'm just passing along a the discussion that I got, yes.
