There was an update to our bylaws that was approved by the Board of Supervisors back in May. So I need to read this into our record. On May 19th, 2026, the Board of Supervisors approved the FSM PRC bylaw amendments, which increased the number of potential all virtual meetings from 25% to 50%. And in order to implement the change, the committee is required to adopt the policies in the new bylaws. There are no other procedural changes. pertaining to remote participation in all virtual meetings. So given that, I move that the Facility Standards Manual Public Review Committee adopt Article 7 and Article 8 of its bylaws for the purposes of remote participation and holding all virtual meetings for the remainder of the calendar year 2026.

it's much easier than what I said. Erosion and Sediment Program Manager and Gwen Kennedy, who is our Natural Resources Division Manager, who you all know. And they are here to kind of go over the updated erosion and sediment control bond unit price list and the tech memo that accompanies that. So which thing would you like me to put up first?

So in general, every so many years, so the last time we updated this was in, I believe 2022, so four years ago. We reach out to firms who do latest serving activity to basically determine the general cost of erosion and sediment controls and then therefore and then we. basically update the list based on that, usually to include either what the minimum is or an average, depending on what we're seeing. So you can see here, obviously, everyone knows about inflation. So with all the things that have occurred, there are some differences. The other thing to note on this particularly, that there are erosion and sediment controls that were added as part of the handbook that were not included on the previous list, and those have been since added.
So that's what you're generally seeing.
