Good evening, everybody. I'm calling to order the September 14th, 2026 Heritage Commission meeting. I want to remind everyone that this meeting is being recorded. It will be made available to the public on the county's website following the meeting. According to the Heritage Commission's bylaws, Commissioner Clark has received advance approval by the county attorney's office to participate remotely from Syracuse, New York, for continuing education reasons, which made his physical presence not possible. Thanks for having me. Confirm that we have a quorum at this time, allowing the commission to conduct business. Before we get started, I'd like to take a moment to remind the public about how the Heritage Commission conducts its meetings. I've been asked to make this point because of things that have happened in other meetings. There is no public comment period included in the Heritage Commission agenda, but the Commission website does provide opportunities for the public to indicate that they would like to speak at the meeting and in that way be included on the agenda. Everybody listening in the audience, all of you here tonight, are asked to maintain a good demeanor. Speaking and shouting from the audience is not permitted to the meeting.

And in my view, and I think in the view of many of the members of this commission, this is a critically important issue. The issue of data centers is existential, I think, to the future of the county and to the county's heritage. And it's a matter that requires, I think, careful consideration and considered judgment on the part of our commission. So I consider that to be very, very important. Now, with the comments presented and with the draft agenda that you have received, are there any suggestions for modifications, additions, or other alterations to the agenda?
