Um Tonight's meeting will occur in the following order. Uh the committee will adopt the um meeting summary from the August twenty fourth meeting, which I hope everybody had a chance to review. Um committee members can provide disclosures. Um I will oppose the rehearing of a motion. We'll talk about that. Staff will provide their introductory presentation, beginning with comments from the county attorney's office. Then the committee members will have two minutes each to ask staff questions. Um following questions, we'll go through the six topics we have for tonight.

Yes. So on page two. Um The question that I had asked was a question regarding of the Um, regulations that the county can regulate when it comes to The Right to Farm Act. And you're using the p ra raw private farms and the rights they have. And Betsy came forward and addressed that when it's a private farm. With agriculture use, those buildings are exempt from the code. That wasn't reflected at all in the minutes. And in fact, what was a turned around to say that it was a discussion about legal format. And that we did Um So I would like to have that added in the to the minutes. Um That's actually on page three. I'm sorry I skipped ahead. It wasn't a question about legality and that was outside of our scope. It was a question about the regulations and are we allowed to regulate it?

Um on page two. Um Judy had brought forward that we that the staff couldn't do um what I had suggested about doing the separation of the packets. So we basically just that kind of laid on the table. Um And so I wanted to make sure that was just simply clear because there wasn't really a debate about anything of it. We just agreed that the the staff couldn't do it because of constraints and that was fine. On page Four and this is where I think it's very important, obviously um we need to make sure that the chair is recognizing and acknowledging out loud. Who the who the person that made the motion is and who the person is seconded, because obviously who's ever recording is not picking up the seconds. Um and so it's important to make sure that we're doing that because on page four under motion number three sawmills.
