All right, good morning everybody. It's uh ten o'clock. Let's go ahead and get started. Uh welcome. Um you all probably noticed coming in that uh that big orb in the sky, uh, which is something we haven't seen in a while. I don't know about you all, but last night at my house In fifteen minutes we had one point two inches of rain. Um so we have Gotten the precipitation that we've been waiting for for a long time, but now we are heading into. Um pool season. We're finally gonna open our pool our outdoor pools tonight. So uh strap in, get ready for that. We're uh ready to kick all that off and uh as we head into this season um of camps and heavy tournaments and a lot of things going on. I wanted to share a thing on connection before content this morning that talks a little bit about taking care of yourself.

Um but also the importance of a team. So we're gonna watch this little thing. Anybody just by a show of hands, how many of you all have ever heard of or participated in a Ragnar? Couple people? All right. Watch this short video of what a Ragnar event is and then I'm gonna read something to you.

Ragnar is a is an organization, they run races all over the country. In Virginia, it's down at Powhatan State Park. And uh this past year I read a post after that and I want to uh read this for you. Uh this past weekend I ran my third Ragnor trail relay with a team of friends. Three years ago I convinced А до фринс тоньми формифор Пона Стай Парк. That's where the trailblazing turtles were born. Fast forward to today and it's turned into an annual reunion for many of us. This race has become our excuse to spend thirty six hours unplugged and away from distractions and actually catch up. Let's see if we can embarrass somebody. Let me back up a little bit. What makes Ragnar unique is not just the distance, which is a hundred and twenty miles, but the format. This year we ended up placing first out of a hundred and ninety teams, which made this weekend even sweeter. But the bigger takeaway was a reminder. Most results on the trail or at work Come from steady effort. Shared accountability. And showing up when it's not easy. Grateful for this group and always looking forward to next year to defend our title. Says a lot about what we're getting ready to go into in this time of year when things are so, so crazy. But it's a reminder that what we do we don't do alone. But we each play such an important role in the success of the organization and the success of what we do here in Loudoun County. But it also means that in order to be successful like that, you gotta find time to unplug.

It's not somebody that works here that nominates, but somebody takes the time to send something in and recognize the excellence that that happens. So let me read this.
