Good evening. I call to order the December 11, 2024 Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Public Hearing. Excuse me, this room has a hearing loop. If you need hearing assistance, switch your hearing aids to the telecoil mode. If you need a headset, we have those available as well. Please see the clerk to request one. As a reminder to all members of the public, the board addressing the board this evening, you may only sign up to speak. On matters that have been advertised for the public hearing. Due to a broadcast delay, any members of the public who are not in the boardroom wishing to address the board on items two, three, four, five, and six, which are on the consolidated hearing agenda, please call the numbers scrolling across your screen at this time.
All members of the public who have signed up to speak will be allotted two and a half minutes. If you are in the boardroom, we ask you to ask you a little bit of a That you what we ask that when your name is called, please come to the podium. Either side is fine, um, and state your name for the record. The timer on the podium will indicate your remaining time. When your time has expired, please yield the floor to the next speaker. If you are providing your comments via telephone, I ask that you use a stopwatch or your phone to track your time. I will monitor your time in the boardroom as well and notify you when your time has expired, but I won't interrupt you to give you a warning of about how much time you have left.
When taking public input for items, I will first ask if there's anyone in the boardroom wishing to speak. And then I will go to the moderator and ask if there are any speakers via the online access. Please note that there is a slight delay. Between the broadcast and the boardroom. Um this evening, Chair Randall and Supervisor Tacroni had a event down in Washington, D.C. that was scheduled to go till six o'clock. So they are probably on their um road back, on the road back right now. So um hence I'm chairing the meeting right now, but she will be back to finish up. Okay. Uh the board will hear the following items on as a consolidated hearing. As a reminder, the items are being consolidated because there are no outstanding issues.
Staff has recommended approval. The applicant has waived their presentation time, and no public speakers. Registered in advance to speak to the board. On consolidated is item two, DOAM 2024-0002, Loudoun County Land Subdivision and Development Ordinance, and the Loudoun County Facility Standards Manual Amendments to implement dam break inundation zone requirements. Item number three is a DOAM 2024-0003, Loudoun County Land Subdivision and Development Ordinance. And the Loudoun County Facility Standards Manual Amendments to implement the zoning ordinance. Item number four, LEGI 2023-0099, Kincora Village Land Bay N, special exception 2023-0033. Item number five. LEGI twenty twenty three zero zero nine six Stratus substation CMPT twenty twenty-three Z CPA twenty twenty-three dash zero zero seven and SPMI twenty twenty-three dash zero zero three two.

Seeing none, are there any speakers on the phone wishing to speak regarding a consolid consolidated hearing item? We have no speakers on the phone. Okay, thank you, Lisa. Seeing none, I close the consolidated public hearing. Um board members please refer to the document entitled Consolidated Hearing Motion Sheet that was placed at your seat. Um and we will start with item number two. Uh looks like that is countywide, so I'll go ahead and make the motion. I move that the Board of Supervisors approve motion two B for approval of the amendments outlined in Doam twenty twenty four zero zero zero two as provided in the December eleventh, twenty twenty four hearing item number two staff report.
