As a reminder to all members of the public addressing the board this evening, you may only register to speak on matters that have been advertised for this public hearing. A physical quorum of the Board of Supervisors is present in the boardroom and the board has made arrangements for the voice of Vice Chair Turner to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. Excuse me. Vice Chair Turner has made this request within the required timeframe. and the county attorney determined that his request meets the qualifications to participate remotely. The board will record in its minutes that Vice Chair Turner participated remotely from Denver, Colorado because of a personal matter.

Chair. Okay, great. The board will hear the following items as a consolidated hearing. As a reminder, the items are being consolidated because there are no outstanding issues and staff has recommended approval and the applicant has waived their presentation time and no public speakers registered in advance to speak to the board. These items are item number one, proposed conveyance of county property, conveyance of easement within Lucketts Community Park to the Loudoun County Sanitation Authority doing business as Loudoun Water. Item two, proposed assignment of the county easements to Loudoun County Sanitation Authority doing business as Loudoun Water. Item three, resolution approving the public use and necessity of acquiring certain real property and authorizing the acquisition by eminent domain Evergreen Mills Road realignment at Reservoir and Watson Roads.
