As a reminder to all members of the public addressing the board this evening, you may only register to speak on matters that have been advertised for this public hearing. Due to the broadcast delay, any members of the public who are not in the boardroom wishing to address the board on items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15, which are on the consolidated hearing agenda, please call the number scrolling across your screen at this time.
All members of the public who have registered to speak will be allotted two and a half minutes. If you are in the boardroom, we ask that when your name is called, come to the podium and state your name for the record. The timer on the podium will indicate your remaining time. When your time has expired, please yield the floor to the next speaker. We do have a number of items on Consolidated tonight, and you may not be called in order of the items on the agenda. So if you would like to state which item you are speaking on during the Consolidated agenda, I highly recommend it. If you are providing your comments via phone, I ask that you use a stopwatch to track your time. I will monitor your time in the boardroom as well and notify you when your time has expired.

Pursuant to Virginia Code 2.2-3708.3, and the board's rules of order, Vice Chair Turner has requested to participate in this meeting by electronic communication. A physical quorum of the Board of Supervisors is present in the boardroom and the board has made arrangements for the voice of Vice Chair Turner to be heard by all persons in the boardroom. Excuse me. Vice Chair Turner has made this request within the required timeframe. and the county attorney determined that his request meets the qualifications to participate remotely. The board will record in its minutes that Vice Chair Turner participated remotely from Denver, Colorado because of a personal matter.

Chair. Okay, great. The board will hear the following items as a consolidated hearing. As a reminder, the items are being consolidated because there are no outstanding issues and staff has recommended approval and the applicant has waived their presentation time and no public speakers registered in advance to speak to the board. These items are item number one, proposed conveyance of county property, conveyance of easement within Lucketts Community Park to the Loudoun County Sanitation Authority doing business as Loudoun Water. Item two, proposed assignment of the county easements to Loudoun County Sanitation Authority doing business as Loudoun Water. Item three, resolution approving the public use and necessity of acquiring certain real property and authorizing the acquisition by eminent domain Evergreen Mills Road realignment at Reservoir and Watson Roads.
Item four, amendments to chapter 1020 of the codified ordinances of Loudoun County naming of streets. Item number five, A-LEGI 2025-0001, review and renewal, modification or termination of the Chrysalis Vineyard and Locksley Estate Agricultural and Forestal District. Item six, A-LEGI 2025-0005, review and renewal, modification or termination of the new Upperville Agricultural and Forestal District. Item number seven, ALEGI 2025-0006, Renew and Renewal Modification or Termination of the New Aldi Agricultural and Forestal District.
