As a school's employee, my wife and I are members of a group which is affected by these matters. I will participate in these matters as I am able to do so fairly, objectively, and in the public interest. Thank you, Madam Chair.

When the Board of County Supervisors, when we're talking about things we want to discuss, one of the members made a comment about making sure that we're working closely and fostering relationships with our members of the school

prince william county continues to provide to the prince william county schools that support has resulted in as you've seen in the articles of recent the highest paid first year teacher salary in the entire commonwealth we have and you can add to that probably near the highest paid teacher first year salary in the nation as well we have been voted by Forbes magazine as one of the top three school districts to work for regularly since 2020 and this year as well we continued we had a record graduation rate this past summer for our students record scholarship dollars improved scores across the board since coming out of the and out of the classroom on the field in the auditoriums and

What happens in Washington has an intimate impact on us here in Prince William County. We're talking specifically for the federal government. So I'm gonna actually turn it over to Mr. Shorter.
