So because of that, I am going to take, no one can leave this day as we're all held hostage. So after public comment time, I heard some legal speak. I don't know. After public comment time, we are going to take a short break. So for those of you who are here for the duration of the meeting, we're going to take a five-minute break or something and then come back and resume the rest of the meeting. But right now, we're moving into agenda item number three, and this is my favorite time. The only thing I hate about when we do accommodations and proclamation, everyone leaves after this.

good afternoon, everyone. It gives me the ultimate pleasure to present a proclamation on behalf of the County Board of Supervisors. Commend and celebrate the 40th anniversary of Omicron Chi Omega of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. The Omicron Chi Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated chartered in Prince William County 40 years ago, has served as a beacon of sisterhood, leadership, and service, carrying forward the rich legacy of Alpha Kappa Alpha, the first Greek letter organization established by and for African American women. Since its founding, Omicron Chi Omega has remained steadfast in its commitment to service to all mankind by addressing critical needs in the community through initiatives that uplift families, strengthen neighborhoods, and empower future generations, including education, health and wellness, economic empowerment, and environmental stewardship.
