Today for the audio record, it is Monday, October the 20th, 2025, and the appointed date for the Prince William County Board of Zoning Appeals to convene this month. Today we'll hear two appeals. From the zoning determination, ZNR 2025-00117, which finds the stipulated usage of property cited by the applicant is not permitted use in the A1 Agricultural Zoning District. BZA members are volunteers appointed by the 31st Judicial Court of Virginia, aka the Circuit Court, based on nominations by the Board of County Supervisors. After the recording secretary takes attendance to ensure there's a quorum, I will ask her to announce the case to be heard.

Then I'll call on the citizens who wish to speak for or against the appellate. Then we'll ask questions throughout the hearing after gaining the permission from the Chair's Rules of Order. When it is apparent that there are no further questions, I will close the public hearing. The Board will deliberate to adjudicate the case, and I will announce the decision.
