So people can also think, well, I've made my will already, but that's for when you're gone, not for when you're still alive.

So you will need a capacity statement to show that you're fine to make one.

And there's also what's called a legal practitioner statement.

So we don't have control over those costs, but we'll only ever charge you the €30 registration fee.
