years so years, like eight, nine meets.
It was crazy how far you would dropped your opener.
So you were feeling this back in the warm up room, the blocks or yeah, for sure.
But uh like in prep did you tell yourself like bench is good, day up we'll pull it back 'cause you don't want to total too much.
Um, and in terms of your competitors, by the time the bench press was done, how were you feeling then?
By the time you pulled your first deadlift, um, I think you were either at seven thirty or seven thirty-two, and in my estimation, judging on how the other f people were pacing, you had already locked it up in one.
It would be difficult to see them a pathway of out totaling in that on the day.
A little aneclimatic when you're commentating.
I kinda sort of knew I'm like, oh geez, how do we call this?
You don't want to be like, all right folks, it's it's over by the way.

Um when you hit your opening deadlift and you gotta be paying like you know what those fellas can pull.
So you know what they opened with, how far back they were, and the gap was not gonna be mitigated in the deadlift session.
At what point do you know and in your position
How do you keep going?
Are you is it easy to get up for it or are you kinda somewhat sleepwalking through this or how does it feel?
Mm-hmm.
The thing I guess what I'm looking at is by the time your last deadlift rolls around, you'd won you super won to the point where what do you want?
It really doesn't matter.
