So number one was the racketeering charge, right?

That was the one that carries life in prison.

And then you had the sex trafficking charges, right?

Which with sex trafficking, typically you think of it as someone being forced to

or coerced into participating in commercial sex acts.

In that sense, you have a victim, right, in the crime.

And then he was convicted of counts three and five, I believe, which were the prostitution charges.

And so prostitution is a little different because it is saying that the people who are participating in the sex acts, everyone essentially are women.

voluntary participants, essentially.

But this is still a crime.

And so you don't necessarily look at the parties that are participating in the Sex Act as victims, but rather defendants most of the time.

So that was pretty interesting considering the testimony that we got from Cassie Ventura and then also the other victim, Jane.

So I would say it depends.

Right.

Obviously, for Diddy's team, for the defense, they're going to see this as a win because ultimately he was facing life in prison.

The two charges that he was convicted of, they don't have a mandatory minimum.
