And then they're also socially and culturally aware.

So when you have a diverse jury like that, and then you see this black man with a diverse team of attorneys, and then you see four white women, that psychologically will do something to you, especially when you have a charge as serious as a RICO.

And also considering, if we're thinking about the social media era, we have seen these RICO charges, right?

Time and time recently, we had the RICO with Trump in Atlanta, then we had the Young Thug RICO trial, right, that ended.

Right.

And so all of this also is in the forefront of the mind of different jurors.

So I do think that ultimately the racial dynamics did have an impact on that.

So my reaction is that I do believe that the judge did the right thing.

Right.

Ultimately, he was convicted of two felonies.

These are still serious charges.

And I think it also shows that accountability shall be held and also that the judge is taking the job of the jury serious.

He is taking the fact that these jurors.

felt like Diddy committed a crime and he has taken it serious when it comes to thinking about his sentencing, right?

In addition to that, I also feel like, again, as it was stated, he was the 13th juror.

So he has seen the evidence that was presented to the jury as well as evidence that was not presented to the jury, right?

And so he knows just as much as any of the parties in this case.

And so it goes to show that he's going to be very meticulous and thoughtful about what the sentence should be for Diddy.

Yeah, I'm focusing on what he was actually convicted of, right, which was the prostitution.

So if he was any person other than Diddy, how much time would he receive, right?
