popular joysticks are even cared like i mean i've got i mean i knew some like wiccos were like sort of kind of around you know but it was not a big deal over here i mean in my area what about you jason you guys talk about that when you were younger i mean for sure yeah because i because i was in the atari you know commodore track so we did have access to all that different you know those different options i guess it depends on the computer you've got it really was platform dependent yeah

It's funny because being a Coco guy, I couldn't get games at Radio Shack.

you know, the arcade one-up, I've got to give those guys credit to a certain degree because they did get a foothold in a business I didn't think could ever exist in a store.

You know, a lot of people would make MAME cabinets and whatever, but if you told me that someone was going to successfully pull this off and sell licensed arcade machines to people, I would have...

I would have laughed and I'm, I was part of the arcade community for a long time.

And so they hated these guys, to be honest with you, they hated these machines.

And of course, now, if you're looking for arcade machines, these things are flooded, all the for sale areas.

I mean, you can't, it's hard to, and people try to trick you, you know, and to think that you're getting the actual machine.

Uh, it's a shame that it went down like this.

I don't know if there was ever a plan where this could have fully succeeded, to be honest with you.

I'm surprised they hung on this long, to be honest.

But I feel bad for the people.

A lot of people invest a lot of money in these things.

So hopefully someone out there will pick up the slack and sell replacement parts for these machines for a while because there's going to be a lot of people with a lot of these old dud machines that they can't get fixed.
