so what generational traumas exactly so what i did is i went to this family constellation therapy session that include that includes a group of people where they know nothing about you and i specifically chose someone that like nobody there knew who i was they knew nothing about me and they were like they were people that basically were going to act out

The family dynamics in my family line without knowing anything about me or in only knowing just the name of who that person was to me.

So what happened is I do this family consolation therapy.

I go over to this woman's house and there's five people there that volunteered to be a part of it to like help me, you know, basically become aware of this.

And there's one person there that played my mom.

There's one person there that played my mom's mom.

There's one person there that played my mom's dad.

And there's one person there that was a 70 year old man that played me.

And they knew nothing about my family line.

I know about my family, but like, you know, like I know some stuff because I never really met my mom's mom and my mom's dad.

I just know my mom ran away.

They know nothing about it.

They know nothing.

I'm watching.

I think generally people are a part of it.

But you're watching.

They're just, they, basically what happens is this woman, she was the last one to get there.

And what was interesting is she looked very similar to my mom because my mom, my mom passed away a few years ago.
