You know, what's interesting about this is either way can work.
There's the top-down approach and there's the bottom-up approach.
The top-down approach is where you become aware of your patterns.
You become aware of your pattern.
You become aware of your identity.
Asking yourself this one question that we've talked about a few times, who did you have to be as a kid to receive mom and dad's love?
is so enlightening because that will show you what pattern has been underneath the surface.
That gets to the root of the mother, father, child stuff.
And what I have seen transform thousands of people's lives at live events and coaching and everything is by more than anything else, it's looking at that mother, father, child dynamic.
Think about it like this, mother, father, child.
The way in which you relate to mom is the way in which you relate to feminine energy.
It's the way in which you relate to relationships because feminine energy is relational by nature and your mom's your first relationship.
So that's your relationship to relationships and your relationship to feminine energy and creativity.
Your relationship to your dad is representative of your relationship to self.
your relationship to purpose, your relationship to boundaries, your relationship to like your abundance in your life.
And what happens is these, the mommy issues or like mother wounds and father wounds will relate to these different areas of your life as well.
So what happens is then you are at the center, your inner child.
So your relationship to mom is relationships.
