In LA, in West Hollywood particularly, they always like applaud when she's there.
And I think I told, I did, I told Hugh that story like more than once.
He's like, sweetie, you've told me that story like so many times.
So then now whenever we're in the middle of something, I'm like, you know what, sweetie, whenever Nicole Kidman does that commercial,
I just busted out at any time.
He's like, fuck off.
I've read that poem numerous times, and every time I feel like I hear something new that I didn't hear before.
Well, it's 14 pages.
And having someone read it to you is a very different experience, too.
And I hope the listeners stayed with it because it's so worthwhile to hear it read to you.
And to sustain it.
And the lines are very small, which I think, for me...
That's some of the hardest writing to do.
I don't think I've ever really been great at writing the really short lines for a long period.
And I just think that they're terrific.
