Endless people like, Amy, you're also in this industry, obviously.
You would hear more actually because you've been in the corporate end of it.
There are things happening.
Wouldn't believe.
That are incomprehensible because in this industry, people don't adhere to HR.
They don't have a HR person they have to speak to, really, unless it's like a serious allegation.
They're all contractors that are the talent on air or that are the musicians or that are the actors or whatever.
They're contracted.
They don't have a HR department.
Yeah.
And the reality is the money is coming from them being on air as a person, so it's very hard to get them fired.
But this is also the case in myriad other industries, particularly male-dominated industries, where when I used to work a nine-to-five, there was a man that would corner and make out with different assistants like every Christmas party.
Oh, my God.
And they would complain and tell HR, HR would be there and it would just be how to either give the woman a redundancy and get her out or it would be maybe he gets a talking to but never an outright fire first, ask questions later.
Who the fuck has been fired first and questions asked later?
There are people that I know that have had β
multiple sexual assault allegations against them in a corporate environment throughout my career.
And this could be in any career.
No one try and sue me.
It could be anyone.
