Yeah, because, you know, we often think too, I think starting solids as well has a very big convenience tone to it.
So we see that from the pouches, for example.
It's gone from being nutritious to being a lifestyle convenience product.
You know, everything's in a squeezy pouch and there's no iron in there.
There's very little low iron.
There's no fat.
And these are the key nutrients that your baby biologically needs in this window of opportunity, we call it.
But yeah, like a lot of things have become about, we just grab it on the go and you can offer it to your baby and that's it.
But it's doing, it's shortchanging you and it's shortchanging your baby a lot nutritionally.
So yeah.
So it's about getting all those foods as much as you can and combining.
Apart from the allergens, you do those, you offer those one at a time.
But after that, the sky's the limit.
And that's what you should be aiming for.
You should be aiming for those iron-rich foods every single meal and just combining everything.
