Like, I always think of the Audre Lorde quote, like, anything that I accept about myself cannot be used against me.
And so this idea that you are naming all of the things about yourself, which then other women can see in themselves and name for themselves and claim for themselves, it stops being a weapon used against us if it's something that we see and claim on our own.

Hugely important because everyone's scared to say the thing because they know it's weaponized.
But here's the truth.
If you say the thing and claim the thing, it defangs the thing.
