Okay. So we just also realized that Ryan's the cheap one out of the three of us. Ryan does not.
Yeah. Man, we have a lot to talk about. Ace, you being our indie wizard here, honestly, you found all of these games that we're going to talk about today. And I'm actually kind of hyped for all of these, man. So why don't we start off with the Tales of Iron 2? Now, this is a game that you were insanely hyped for.
I mean, I feel like almost daily you were just posting videos for Tales of Iron 2, tagging Ryan and I and, you know, a lot of people in the Discord server. And then it finally released. And I know that you have played it. I know that. Have you beaten it yet?
You have 100%ed Tales of Iron 2. Oh, here we go. Okay. I mean, I don't know what that says, but, but the game did release. So let's, without spoiling your thoughts on this case, cause we are going to do a deep dive on this. Um, what do you like, you know, the game has kind of come out to, I don't, is it fair to say like mid reception?
Now, I saw 15 hours to beat. Does that sound about right?
Okay. So maybe a little bit less for somebody that is familiar.
Okay. Okay. I mean, it's $24.99. It's like 12 hours worth of entertainment. That's still good value. Two tickets.
Two tickets to go see a movie is going to cost you $25, if not more. And that's if you don't get any popcorn or drinks or anything. So it's like you can get two hours of entertainment out of a movie with somebody else, or you can get 12 hours of entertainment out of a game for $24.99.
this is one of those things I don't really understand with gamers, man, is it's like break it down to the, like the dollar per hour, like breakdown, you know? And it's like, if you're getting 12 hours worth of entertainment for 24 99, that seems like a good deal to me.
I feel like that's the truth, dude. Like, honestly, I don't know if it's just that they're like they go for the artistic thing or it's like, hey, if we have a really rocking soundtrack, this is really going to enhance the game kind of thing. Um, I mean, you know, it's kind of hard when you have like Skyrim and God of War and some of the music that goes along with those types of games.
But yeah, I'm with you, man. I think some of like the music and indies is like really, really well done. And I'd be very curious to kind of like hear about that. You know, it's like, is this a focus? Is this like a main thing where it's like, Hey, we're indie. We really want to nail like the soundtrack for this too. Yeah.
Yeah. So, yeah, Ace, I mean, it's sitting at 80% on Steam right now. I don't want you to spoil your thoughts on this. You know, this is a game that you were very, very hyped for. Yeah. We're going to do the deep dive. So it's like, man, I'm kind of dying to know your thoughts on this, but I don't want to spoil the deep dive either. Is there anything that you can say about this game?
How about this? Are you disappointed? No. We'll leave it at that. No.
Okay, I think that's a fair thing to say, to get a lay of the land on. Ryan, I mean, for you and me, I know as much as Ace has tried to sell us on this game, I'm not sure that they... I don't know that I'll ever play it. Now, I do know that John has actually been playing this, and I think he said he's about 10 hours into it at this point. And he said he's quite enjoying it.
Yeah, we're going to do a full deep dive on Tales of Iron 2. It is out. There is a lot to like about this game. I mean, if you read some of the reviews, people really do appreciate the combat seems kind of hard. Now, Ace, is the combat harder than the first game? Because I think you did mention that.

All right. Now, this is a game that I had actually heard of and you found this, but I hadn't actually seen any trailers or anything for it. And that's headliner. So why don't you kind of give us the rundown on what headliners is like the type of game it is and what makes this kind of on your radar, I guess.
Yeah. Oh, that's awesome. The trailer for this game is pretty hilarious. And I mean, I kind of joked in the intro is you are absolutely seeing your teammates just getting ripped in half. You know, a guy like some tentacle shoots out of the ground and like grab somebody and is flinging them around all over the place and slamming them up against the wall.
And it's like your buddies are filming it because I guess it's like you're trying to get... extra like creditors that was good footage of your friend getting dismembered man that's a bonus points yeah but i mean that's kind of what this game seems like it is like if your friend dies gloriously and you get that footage like that's a good thing in the game it seems like
