What they're about is not apologizing for anything.
They're about just, this is the way we want to do it.
No room for compromise.
That is the NFL way.

So I'm frankly shocked that any of you are surprised by how this went down.
If you have an understanding of how the NFL works, you should not be shocked.
You should not be surprised.
You should understand that the NFL is an unforgiving corporation.
And it's a business.
And they really don't even have time to care about what you think is right or wrong or morally sound or ethical versus unethical.
That's not how the NFL operates.
