So we feel good about the direction that we're heading.

Well, I think the technology is –

a big piece of the equation.

Making sure your platform is agile enough to iterate and incorporate third-party data points and confidently automate processing and booking.

But just overlaying new technology on your legacy workflows, your legacy procedures is not the ticket.

I'm sure we've all experienced this.

Modernization is really about

thinking about the entire flow strategically in the context of new and emerging technologies.

So I think it takes an appetite, number one, to improve, right?

To achieve some of these numbers that we're seeing with the new technology that's available, but also an openness to really take a hard look at legacy procedures.

And that can be difficult sometimes.

I mean, if you have longstanding employees

who are very used to the way things have been done over a number of years.

So overcoming that, I think again, goes back to communicating all of the time that can be saved and spent towards more fulfilling work as a result.
