And again, I know that the team members appreciate the time that they're saving, that they know,

technology can take care of.

Yeah, unfortunately, we're blind to

applications that abandon on our legacy system.

So I can't say we went from A to Z, but we do know there's a population.

There was plenty of opportunity within our legacy process for applicants to say, I'm done with this.

I'm going elsewhere.

I mean, this is so important because these are people who already expressed interest in borrowing from us, developing a relationship with us.

They've taken an action towards that.

So these are not just warm leads.

These are like piping hot leads that we want to make sure we're engaging with.

And now we have the functionality to do so.

We're seeing what's happening.

And thanks to Mantle's integration with SendGrid, we've automated emails that will go out to remind members, hey, there's only a couple minutes left to finish up your application.

We'll take it from there.

And we've seen members come back and it's been great to have that visibility and to see the results.

Yeah, it's a little early to say.

We have seen lifts pretty much across the board, which has been nice.

The quality of the loans remains to be seen, but again, we're confident in the way we were able to apply

our consumer lending policy and our consumer lending guidelines within the platform, supplemented by third-party data points.
