And when we think about the loan side,

We have a third party underwriting scoring platform integrated into Mantle, which again, Mantle was great about making sure we got that done during our implementation.

So there's a lot happening behind the scenes and we feel like the platform is future-proof in the sense that it's relatively easy to hook up a new API

and see what happens, experiment, simulate.

So we feel like we're in a good spot.

We have a good foundation and we're confident with the decisions that are being made today.

I mean, for the member, it saves time.

And really, that's the name of the game.

As Ben mentioned earlier, there's no shortage of options for our members borrowing needs.

Any delay, any back and forth is an opportunity for

a member to say, hey, I need something right now.

I need to go somewhere else.

And we try to think about this experience not only among lenders, but we believe consumers are thinking about this experience in relation to their experience on platforms that they use every day.

So we think about Amazon, we think about Netflix, these experiences that are designed around instant gratification.

And so limiting the burden on the applicant is a huge step.

for us to reach that experience.

In terms of back office, it saves time as well.

And we have that audit trail.

We have the third party data to substantiate and back up our decisions that are being made.

So from an audit perspective, we're confident in the decisions that we're making.
