She's brilliant and she's beautiful.

And it's a great combination.

She's one of the greatest mothers of all times, if not the greatest for me, for sure.

And she ended up getting into UCLA and getting her master's degree in cinema TV production.

And because she was at UCLA and got her master's degree, she was able to now go look for a job.

And she knocked on a lot of doors and got a lot of no's.

And she got to NBC and said, hey, do you have any jobs here where I can work?

And they said no.

And then she asked the question, do you have an intern program where I can work here for free?

And they said, no.

Wow.

And cannot work here for free.

And then she asked the question that changed our lives forever.

She said, will you please start one with me?

And they said, yes, you can work here for free.

So she could not afford childcare, so she took me to work with her.

Do you guys have any relatives or anybody like that here in California when you came out here?

Yeah.

We were staying with the relatives, my grandfather's sisters.

We went from sister to sister, and it was cousins and friends.
