This has been a blessing overall, especially when the status quo was our smaller, stable office.
However, our optical staff is largely reaching retirement age, they are resistant to change, and the few things I've tried to implement have not been well received by them.

And I'll admit the first thought that came to mind was the first time that I heard this quote was on Ted Lasso.
And we might have mentioned this quote on previous episodes.
I can't remember if we have or not, but it's the dart scene in Ted Lasso.
And he says, you know, I saw this quote by Walt Whitman that said, be curious, not judgmental.
And that was the first thing that kind of came to my mind as I'm thinking about this.
It's like if you because I've had this in my own business as well, where I think of as my role has evolved and changed as my firm, as my businesses have continued to grow, I am less and less and less involved in the true day to day operations.
I mean, there are some platforms where my office manager, if she was listening to this right now, she would giggle because she's like, Adam, I don't even want you touching that.
So the metaphor that I think of in this situation is I may have known previously how to build a watch.
