and continue to release, like a release valve of any historical pressure and tension, judgments and shoulds, just allow them to leave your body in that outward breath.
And as you breathe in and breathe out, ask yourself a question,
How many times does the boy need to cry wolf and there be no wolf until you stop believing that the wolf is real?
And you don't need to answer that question.
